WA Country Health Service (WACHS) are currently offering Full time or Part Time Fixed Term appointments for up to 5 years with the possibility of extension/s. Flexible and/or job share working arrangements, can be considered.
WACHS is seeking experienced General Practitioner or Rural Generalists with additional skills in Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics, Anaesthetics, Surgery and General Medicine. - Pilbara: Witness the ancient landscapes of Karijini National Park, the world’s largest collection of rock art in Burrup Peninsula, and the massive iron ore mines that power the state’s economy.
- Wheatbelt: Enjoy the rural charm of historic towns, farms, and museums, as well as the natural beauty of wildflowers, salt lakes, and granite outcrops.
- Midwest: Experience the diverse culture and heritage of Geraldton, the spectacular gorges and caves of Kalbarri, and the marine wonders of Shark Bay and Ningaloo Reef.
- Kimberley: Immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of Broome, the majestic waterfalls and rivers of Kununurra, and the indigenous culture and history of Fitzroy Crossing.
- Goldfields: Ever heard the saying “All that glitters is not gold”? The Goldfields is the exception, as the name suggests, relive the gold rush era of Kalgoorlie, the ghost towns and mining heritage of Coolgardie, and the desert landscapes and salt lakes of Esperance.

Upon assessment, should you be deemed successful to the pool, you can be considered for roles across any of the seven regions in WACHS.
