ABOUT SKILLED MEDICAL:
Skilled Medical is one of Australia's largest Medical recruitment organisations with a head office in Melbourne and an office in London. We are recognised for our superior service levels and the quality of candidates we provide.
Based out of our Collingwood office (or Frankston if that suits better) we are seeking several confident professionals such as Registered Nurses or Midwives to work with the Skilled Medical team.
ABOUT YOU:
- You will be articulate, hardworking, with strong attention to detail, willing to get involved and provide a high level of service to our Doctors and clients.
- An experienced Registered Nurse or Midwife, looking for a career change.
- Have a willingness to join our fast-paced environment and make a difference.
- You will dynamic and able to flex between changing priorities and above all want to help our Doctors and provide exceptional support to them.
- This role is fast-paced and no two days are the same, we are looking for someone who is dedicated to healthcare and the candidates that they support.
- This role requires a degree of flexibility to ensure that these support levels are provided including an on-call component.
- Happy to join our team Monday to Friday in our Office in Melbourne

Experience in Medical Recruitment is not essential, although an advantage.
We also welcome people who have worked previously in in-house recruitment or busy agency desks that required achieving targets. If you have done this type of work before, then you may have the skills we are looking for.
We provide training in order to transition to the medical recruitment field.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Working with our established candidate and client base, placing doctors in locum, contract, and permanent roles across Australia
- Liaising with doctors and health services
- Sourcing candidates and vacancies
The role is multi-faceted to respond to the variety within our business and provides a pathway for career advancement to Senior roles within Skilled Medical.
