An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Physiotherapy outpatient team on the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD). This position will be responsible for delivering high quality patient care in an outpatient setting. We are looking for a well-qualified individual who has experience supervising level 1/2 and new graduate physiotherapists. Desirably this person will have experience working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, as well as fracture clinics and the management of hand patients.

About You

  • Provide high-level, evidence-informed clinical service to clients/patients, their families/carers and other health professionals for complex cases requiring advanced practice skills, independent operation, and minimal direct supervision.
  • Exercise independent professional judgement in solving problems and managing cases where principles, procedures, techniques, and methods require expansion, adaptation, or modification.
  • Identify, plan, implement, evaluate, and report on continuous improvement initiatives to promote effectiveness and efficiency of clinical service delivery.

Where You’ll Be Working

This position will mainly be located at Wyong and Long Jetty sites; however, you may be required to move to other sites across the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD).
