A day in the life of a GP at Complete Corporate Health (CCH) is unique and like no other and no two days are the same.
Providing medical care to employees (our patients), whilst supporting their employer (our clients) and their insurers, (our stakeholders) in managing the safety, risk and injury management requirements incumbent on them as employers.
The role of GP is a front-line role, critical in balancing the relationships, interests, risks and legal responsibilities of the employer, the insurer and other stakeholders, whilst keeping the clinical and medical care of the patient at the centre of everything we do.
As a representative of the CCH Brand & Values, your day will be spent meeting patients, making them feel comfortable, and helping them with their medical, clinical and occupational care. The majority of your contact will be directly with patients, however there will be client communication via the injury management coordinators and HR staff, meaning you need to be flexible and able to context switch when required.
You will be supported by a competent and well-trained team of clinical technicians who will make your high volume workload fun and manageable. You will also have frequent direct contact with our physiotherapy partners.
By delivering excellent care to patients, the person in this role needs to be trusted by management, patients, clients and insurers for their; clinical and medical compliance; patient, client and other stakeholder consulting skills; and overall positive contribution to the Ascot and broader CCH team.
If you are personable, commercially minded, flexible, professional and curious. Someone who seeks to understand in order to provide the best outcome, then we want to hear from you.
