We're a private mobile Speech Pathology company with vibrant, passionate therapists that provide our clients with speech therapy services  Sydney wide, across a range of environments/locations that is optimal for the client. 

We work side by side with our clients’ support network in developing and implementing our clients’ therapy goals. Communication and swallowing assessment and intervention is carried out across pre-schools, day care centres, day programs, supported workplaces, primary schools, high schools, aged care facilities and clients’ homes.

The ideal candidates will; 

  • Be a part of making a difference, work directly with both private and NDIS clients (previous NDIS experience advantageous),
  • Have a mixed (paediatric and adult) caseload
  • Undertake comprehensive functional informal and formal assessments
  • Conduct interventions to promote independent living

Location: Mobile Speech Pathology Services in Greater Western, Western Sydney 



• Sub-contractor - Full time hours(Flexible work arrangements, work your own schedule, we can fit around you) 

• Salary Package (From $90,000 if preferred)



• Ensure methods of service delivery are premised on current evidence-based practice, and are delivered within the hours and resources presented within participants individual plan; 

• Demonstrate competency in assessment and measurement skills, including collection of client information and selection of appropriate assessment tools; 

• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with  clients and their families/carer’s 

• Acting as a specialist resource to management on all matters pertaining to the provision of NDIS Speech Pathology services within the organization 

• Ensure that organisational requirements are met in accordance to customer expectations and participant caseload allocation; 

• Participation in clinical and professional development 

• Adhere and implement continual improvement initiatives 

• Participate in clinical supervision/mentorship 

• Conducting individual and group services



 • Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification 

• Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia

 • Commitment to providing quality services and care to children and adults living with a Disability 

 • Experience in the assessment, planning and monitoring of interventions in the areas of communication, mealtime management and eating 

• Current First Aid certificate, Working with Children Check NSW Driver’s Licence and own car (travel allowance paid) 

• New graduates welcome to apply (new graduate supports in place). Experience working in the Disability Sector preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate

 • Strong organization and communication skills and an enthusiasm to be part of a professional team



• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to appropriately respond to the needs of people of all abilities and cultural backgrounds 

• Excellent planning, delivery and evaluation of discipline-specific clinical services across the local area, including schools, work programs, aged care facilities and home visits. More specifically, you will provide diagnostic assessment and management of disorders of communication and swallowing through direct intervention, advocacy, education and consultancy. A combination of these methods may be required. 

• Ability to write reports and document client progress, utilising digital practice management software 

• Develop, implement, monitor and review treatment plans 

• Ability to coordinate with other allied health professionals, GP's, support coordinators and paediatricians
