To support the ongoing delivery of high-quality clinical service we are looking to employ an experienced Grade 2 Occupational Therapistto provide specialist, patient centred care and contribute to the ongoing development of our inter-professional, team focused models of care on the Neuro Rehabilitation Unit at the Kingston Centre.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced,dynamic and motivated Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to work in the Neuro Rehabilitation ward at the Kingston Centre.
The successful applicant will provide complex assessment, patient-centred intervention and discharge planning for our Neuro Rehabilitation service. You will work collaboratively with a fantastic group of people who are inclusive, passionate and share a vision to provide excellent, evidence-based care for patients and their families. Working in other clinicalareas, including across otherSites of Monash Healthmay be required in this role.

- Experience in providing a clinical service to patients in a subacute setting, including Neuro Rehabilitation
- Demonstrated skill in teaching, supervision and promoting the growth and development of staff
- A passion for ongoing learning and personal professional development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen interest in evidence-based practice, clinical inquiry and service improvement
- Knowledge of the NDIS
Eligibility for membership of relevant professional association and current AHPRA registration for registered professions is a mandatory requirement for this role.
