About the role:

An exciting opportunity to join The Fono – New Zealand's foremost Pasifika health and social services organisation at our practice in Henderson.  This full-time Registered Nurse position is a special opportunity and will probably best suit a nurse with at least 2+ years' primary health experience looking for an interesting general practice role in a community health organisation.  You will be part of an experienced RN team with topflight practice management support.  Enjoying being part of a wider team that as well as GPs and nurses has the in-practice support of mental health, outreach, dental, public health and social services professionals delivering The Fono’s Integrated Model of Care.  Our patient population is representative of the vibrant West Auckland Pasifika community.
