SALHN is looking for Speech Pathologists to join our team.
We arelooking to recruit Allied Health Professionals to join the Division of Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care (RAP) of the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) as Speech Pathologists.
You will be working with like-minded individuals. A collegiate, collaborative, positive and supportive team environment. This recruitment process will form a candidate pool fill and be used to fill Casual, Term and Ongoing vacancies in the Division RAP across the SALHN as they arise.
Join the Speech Pathology Services casual pool, working within Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative (RAP) patient service areas. As the speech pathologist you will be responsible for the assessment and management of patients which results in improved patient care and outcomes.
To be successful in tis role, you will need the abilityto assess adult patients with swallowing and communication problems and determine appropriate management and advice, theability to formulate appropriate goals and implement programs for patients with communication problems of neurological origin and organizational ability, flexibility, awareness of stress management issues and willingness to participate in appropriate staff development and education activities.
