  • $30.43 p/hr - $34.25 p/hr + 25% casual loading - ENC; $31.59 p/hr - $35.58 p/hr + 25% casual loading - END - Casual (working over a 7 day roster)

Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will assist with the provision of professional high quality patient care aimed at improving patient health outcomes. Maintaining cooperative and productive working relationships with all members of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu team, you will implement appropriate nursing care and assist with general and specialised procedures from nursing care plans. You will plan and prioritise your own work program to achieve defined outcomes and exercise judgment when it is required to solve problems arising in your work area. You will provide verbal and documented information to patients, other health care team members, and members of the public. Building your professional expertise, you will maintain ongoing personal professional development and continuing education through a portfolio of post-enrolment learning. You will be enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. With experience in providing care within a healthcare setting, you will be capable of providing nursing services in accordance with the appropriate standards of nursing practice. Your effective verbal and written communication skills will enable you to work well within a multidisciplinary team environment.
