Redland Hospital Perioperative Services are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Registered Nurses for current and future Permanent and temporary full and part time opportunities over the next 12 months. Perioperative Services includes: Day of Surgery admissions unit, Anaesthetics, Theatre, Paediatric Surgery, Post Anaesthetic Care Unit, Acute Pain Service and Endoscopy.

About the Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Perioperative delivers safe compassionate clinical care; working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve best practice patient outcomes. The RN engages in reflective, analytical practice through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of direct person-centred care. The RN continually improves their skills and knowledge developing from graduate to highly skilled RN.
The Process
This Expression of Interest collects a variety of information that will help identify potentially suitable applicants for future permanent and temporary employment opportunities. If deemed suitable your details will remain in the Talent Pool for a period of 12 months and should there be an employment opportunity you will be contacted to discuss the opportunity further. Additional selection processes (interview, reference checks and pre-employment checks) to further assess suitability for appointment to a specific position may be required.

- As part of the talent pool, you may be offered Permanent, temporary or casual employment opportunities that become available based on the suitability pool.
- A pool will generally continue for a 12-month period.
- If you are placed in the talent pool, you may be offered a position within the relevant time period, however your appointment to a position is not guaranteed.
