In consultation with the Senior Speech Pathologist in Charge to practise and promote safe, efficient and effective paediatric Speech Pathology services that reflects current standards of Speech Pathology practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA) approved or recognised COVID-19 vaccine (except for the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine, which is approved by the TGA as a single dose primary course).
- Bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent and eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
- Demonstrated skills and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis and management of a large varied paediatric caseload involving speech, language and feeding difficulties.
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to working in multidisciplinary and speech pathology teams.
- Demonstrated effective communication and conflict management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to and experience working both autonomously and within a team in a similar health context.
- Current unencumbered Driver's Licence valid to drive in NSW.
