Additional information:
  1. Specialist clinical skills and experience relating to the assessment and identification of the health needs of children and young people who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of NSW Health specialist Violence, Abuse and Neglect (VAN) services including their management, roles and responsibilities, types of service delivery and related child protection policies.
  3. Demonstrated advanced reasoning skills, as well as advanced written and verbal communication.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage a diverse range of tasks, work under pressure and work within an interagency context.
  5. Demonstrated effectiveness in undertaking consultation and/or projects with a variety of stakeholders with good written and verbal communication skills
  6. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, social sciences, counselling or other qualification deemed relevant to this position.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
