An exciting opportunity for passionate Graduate Registered Nurses looking to kickstart their career in Aged Care. We are inviting expressions of interest for our Graduate Registered Nurse transition to practice program, delivered in collaboration with ACCPA (Aged & Community Care Providers Association).

Our innovative 12-month program is designed to provide guidance and support to Graduate Registered Nurses in their first year of clinical practice. Led by expert clinicians, the program offers mentorship, online professional development sessions and invaluable networking opportunities.

  • Duration: 12 months, with next intakes starting on May 27th and Aug 26th
  • Job opportunities available across our Residential Aged Care locations
  • Mentorship by senior clinical leaders
  • Professional development sessions led by industry experts
  • Self-assessment activities to gauge knowledge levels
  • Access to Moodle, a learning management system, for resources and networking
  • Support for the completion of your professional portfolio
  • Assistance from ACCPA RN Facilitators
  • On-the-job learning and development through individual support plans and clinical assessments
  • Induction program and community of practice forums for participants.

About you:

  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree with AHPRA registration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • A willingness to commit to the full duration of the program
