At CCLHD we understand the critical role that Neurophysiology plays in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions. As a Neurophysiology Specialist, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and innovation, using state-of-the-art equipment to perform a range of tests that assess the function of the nervous system

About You

  • You have demonstrated experience in independently supervising the of recording of high-quality electrophysiological investigations in a clinical environment.
  • You are driven to provide safe, innovative and supportive care to your patients.
  • Proficient in performing routine and specialised electroencephalograpy (EEG). And in performing evoked potentials (EPs): brainstem auditory, somatosensory and visual.
  • You have the ability to work with computer-based equipment and common software packages.

Where you'll be working

This role is predominately based at Gosford Hospital with the laboratory open from 0800hrs to 1630hrs, Monday to Friday, however you will be required to undertake shifts at Wyong Hospital, as well as other CCLHD satellite locations as needed.
