About the Role
This is a new role for our service, and you will work alongside multidiscipline professionals made up of Nurses, Counsellors, an Aboriginal Health Worker and Administration staff to manage clients who have identified as having an Opiate dependency. You will be supported by the Nursing Unit Manager and Allied Health Clinical Lead.

Where you'll be working
Newcastle Pharmacotherapy Services is an organisation that provides support and management of patients receiving Opiate Dependence Treatment in a Community setting. This service is located at the Newcastle Community Health Centre, 670 Hunter St Newcastle, in close proximity to cafes, supermarkets and public transport.

You will have a non-judgemental manner about you and be open-minded and approachable. You will also have the ability to work in a team environment, have outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the Code of Ethics - remaining professional at all times.
