A Northern NSW hospital requires a Junior Medical Officer in Emergency Medicine from 28/04/2024 to 12/05/2024.

Thursday, 2 May 2024 0800-1830
Friday, 10 May 2024 2230-0830
Saturday, 11 May 2024 0800-1800
Saturday, 11 May 2024 0800-1800
Saturday, 11 May 2024 0800-1800
Sunday, 12 May 2024 0800-1800
Sunday, 12 May 2024 1300-2300
Emergency Department:
Bed Numbers: 20
Shift times: 0800-1830 / 1300-2300 / 2230-0830
Staffing levels for each shift time: 7 staff on 0800-1830 & 1300-2300 / 1 night in-charge Registrar 2230-
0830 7 days a week 2 staff (SRMO & RMO) on 2230-0830 7 days a week.
Specialists on each day shift and evening shift and they work 10hr shifts / There is always a Specialist on call overnight and will come into ED overnight if any issues or traumas come into the department
How much support is provided: At least 2FTE Staff Specialists on day shift and evening shift. The
department requires 7 staff on days and evenings, this includes Specialists, Registrars, SRMOs and RMOs.
