Essential Requirements
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
Registration: Eligible for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in the management of medically complex neonates with feeding and swallowing disorders.
- Demonstrated and recent experience in managing complex paediatric developmental feeding and swallowing disorders.
- Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary team with minimal direct clinical supervision, displaying excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective internal and external partnerships
- Actively practices the principles of Evidence Based Practice and engages in recent professional development for relevant clinical areas.
- Current Driver's License
