This vacancy is eligible for an Attraction and Relocation package* with the following:

  • Attraction incentive: a Rural and Regional fortnightly allowance of up to $10,000 annually.

The Role

We’re currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and at least one full year of nursing experience.

The Registered Nurse performs reception screening and comprehensive health assessments on persons received into custody whilst assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing management.

Reporting up to a passionate Nurse Unit Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary teamcomprising of primary care, drug & alcohol and mental health services. Working within a well-regarded clinical care team, you will enjoy the support of an on-site Clinical Nurse Educator as well as a team of nurses focused on providing quality care to some of our society's most vulnerable & disadvantaged. Your salary of $35.33 - $49.60 per hour (+ super and leave loading) is just the beginning. You’ll also have access to:
