About the role

Lismore Community Health has an exciting career opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join their Hospital in the Home team. Northern NSW Community Nursing Service is an integral part of the total health care delivery system, providing nursing care to people in the community setting. Community nursing staff work closely with each client, their carer, General Practitioner and other relevant service providers to develop a plan that meets the client’s care needs.
