Essential Requirements

Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria

1. Extensive experience in and/or qualification in mental health nursing.
2. Demonstrated experience in the leadership and management of people within the healthcare context.
3. Proven interpersonal and communication skills to a high level including the ability to work with individuals, provide presentations and facilitate groups.
4. The capacity to work within a multi-disciplinary framework and to meet tight deadlines and prioritise work.
5. Effective human resource management skills and the ability to manage daily staffing requirements of the units in Inpatient Mental Health Service.
6. Current NSW drivers license.
