About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for you to be an integral member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team responsible for providing care in the acute nursing setting to patients and clients of the health service and collaborating with physicians and other care roles in your team to coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.Our Registered Nurses are responsible for the provision of person-centred, evidence-based nursing care that promotes positive health outcomes.In this role Registered Nurses will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare acute setting team.

Requirements:

Our successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Demonstrated application of evidence based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
  • Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement individualised person centred care.
