Where you'll be workingWestern Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. To work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team utilising professional skills and ability to contribute to client centred care to meet the client’s individual health care needs, with the aim of maintaining and/or improving their health.
To provide nursing assessment, care coordination, evidence based best practice clinical intervention, monitoring, maintenance and education to clients and their carers/families in the community.
Essential Requirement:
Registration: Current Registered Nurse division 1 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
