About the Role:
This position is responsible for the operational management and clinical direction of the services, to ensure the provision and development of a range of high quality prevention, referral management, early support and treatment services for adults, children and young people who have experienced interpersonal violence, domestic violence, abuse or neglect.

- Can demonstrate the ability to develop the policies, procedures and systems that support the development of shared models of care.
- Can empower support workers and ensure effective communication.
Experience Required:
- Hold a Degree in Social Work or Psychology or other suitable tertiary degree (minimum bachelors)
- Hold or Eligible for AHPRA or AASW membership
- Leadership experience , with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience working within child protection, mental health or sexual assault service delivery settings.
