Latitude Recruitment is proud to be recruiting a Nurse Unit Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity based in Nhill. This vital leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a mixed ward providing medical, surgical, and urgent care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support nursing teams to ensure high standards of patient care

• Oversee daily clinical operations and resource allocation

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive best outcomes

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration

• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (mandatory)

• Proven leadership and clinical management experience

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Immunisation history

• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Current Police Clearance and NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
