As a Social Work Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of clinical excellence, leading by example with your specialised expertise.Your role entails advocating for exceptional patient care and emotional support by delivering clinical Social Work services to patients and their families/carers. Additionally, you will provide senior leadership and management to a committed team of inpatient social workers, all while prioritizing outstanding patient care and emotional support.With autonomy and advanced reasoning skills, you'll drive innovation and collaboration to deliver proactive social work services and psychosocial care.

About You

    • You are committed to and passionate about providing quality Social Work Clinical services that Adhere to Australian Association of Social Work (AASW) Practice Standards and Code of Ethics.
    • You provide quality trauma-informed patient-centred care.
    • Have experience providing quality social work services within a clinical setting - preferably with some experience working within women’s, children’s maternity, and antenatal fields of Social Work practice.
    • Have knowledge and experience of required clinical and legal responses to domestic violence, child protection, and sexual assault.
    • Provide independent clinical advice.
    • Can provide leadership and management that supports and enables a mutually supportive and professional Social Work team.
    • Ensure client care aligns with professional, legal, and ethical standards.
    • Support organisational safety management system and promote positive health and safety culture.
