About the role
The Nurse Manager provides leadership and management of staff, services and resources to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, quality nursing care.
This position is responsible for the oversight, ongoing coordination and management of the Elective Surgery waitlist for Orange Health Service. This position will enact a whole of hospital approach to support Patient Flow and to support the delivery of surgery to patients within the wait-time KPIs.
