  1. Current Registration with the National Registration Board (AHPRA) with recent, extensive and relevant post registration experience in child health or related ambulatory services maybe an advantage. Appropriate post graduate qualifications in a health related field.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and influence other health professionals.
  3. Demonstrated excellence in strategic planning and policy development skills including ability to use data to inform planning, evaluation, budget and performance management.
  4. Demonstrated transformational leadership skills, strategic thinking, organisational and planning skills including the capacity to initiate and lead cultural and organisational change.
  5. Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate with a range of stakeholders
  6. Demonstrated successful experience in service planning and development of complex patient flow pathways at a similar level in an acute setting.
  7. Demonstrated high level commitment to best practice, quality improvement and innovation.
  8. Current NSW drivers licence and willingness to travel across NSW.
