Clinical Nurse Consultant/Specialist

Adolescent Day Program are looking for Clinical Nurse to join their team. This exciting role plays a crucial role in providing advanced clinical care and leadership, ensuring quality standards are met while autonomously managing complex care needs. The Clinical Nurse Positions collaborates with the ADP team and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive clinical mental health services, including regular assessments, interventions, and case management, contributing significantly to the program's success in meeting the diverse needs of its consumers.

About the Role

  • Accountable for NMBA standards and own nursing practice outcomes, including delegation and supervision of students.
  • Provide expert clinical leadership in assessment, care planning, and practice, supporting and guiding the healthcare team.
  • Adhere to established guidelines and systems, participate in quality improvement activities, and maintain safety within the clinical practice environment.
  • Act as a clinical leader, promoting best practice outcomes, providing education, and engaging with nurse leaders and the healthcare team.
