The Position

A long-standing privately owned medical practice in Southern Sydney is seeking a General Practitioner to join their team due to patient demand and a departing GP. The incoming doctor will enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and excellent support from nurses and allied health staff.

• 70% of billings ongoing
• 90% of billings for the first 8 weeks to support transition
• No weekend or after-hours work required
• 15-minute appointments and strong patient demand
• Fully supported by nurses and on-site allied health
• Infusion clinic on site and encouragement of special interests

The Practice

This modern, private billing clinic has been operating for 5 years and is independently owned. It offers a full suite of general practice services with access to allied health and nursing support.

• 8 GPs, 6 allied health practitioners, 3 nurses
• Best Practice software
• 2 spare consult rooms available
• Standard consult billed at $98 (Item 23)
• Friendly, multidisciplinary team
• Large and diverse patient base, from babies to older adults

The Location

Located in the Sutherland Shire region of Southern Sydney, the practice offers a strong community patient base and an appealing work-life balance, close to beaches, cafes, and family-friendly amenities.

Essential Criteria

• MBBS or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration
• Full Australian work rights
• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
