Your trust is our most valuable asset. Whether you are an advertiser (employer) purchasing ad credits or a jobseeker managing your professional profile, Medical Jobs Limited is committed to protecting your financial and personal data using industry-leading security protocols.

This policy applies to our global network of platforms: MedicalJobsUK.com, MedicalJobsAustralia.com, MedicalJobsNZ.com, MedicalJobsAmerica.com, and MedicalJobsInternational.com (collectively, "our Platforms").

Secure Payment Methods

To advertise on our Platforms, users must first purchase Job Ad Credits. We provide two secure methods of payment:

1. Pay via Credit

  • Immediate Access: Upon a successful card transaction, ad credits are applied to your Advertiser Dashboard instantly, allowing you to list job advertisements immediately.

  • Data Privacy: We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are processed by Stripe, a global leader in payment connectivity.

  • PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliance: Stripe is audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the most stringent security level in the payments industry.

  • Tokenisation: Your sensitive card details are "tokenised," meaning they are replaced by a unique identifier. Your actual card numbers are never exposed to or stored within our database.

2. Pay via Invoice (Bank Transfer)

  • Standard Processing: If you select "Pay via Invoice" at checkout, an invoice will be generated automatically and sent to your Advertiser Dashboard email address. Job Ad Credits will be credited to your Advertiser Dashboard once the full payment has been cleared and received into the Medical Jobs Limited bank account.

  • Once your invoice payment is received, Medical Jobs will notify you via email and add job credit(s) to your Advertiser Dashboard so you can begin listing vacancies on Medical Jobs.

  • Expedited Pay Via Invoice Activation (Special Requests): We understand that some healthcare organisations and recruitment agencies have longer accounts payable cycles for invoices. If you require your advertisements to be activated prior to the settlement of the invoice, please submit a special pay via invoice request to our team at enquiries@medicaljobslimited.com. Approval for expedited activation is at the sole discretion of Medical Jobs Limited accounts and may be subject to a credit review.

  • Remittance Advice: To ensure the prompt allocation of credits and to avoid any delay in your recruitment campaign, please ensure your Invoice Number is quoted as the payment reference for all bank transfers.

Global Data Protection & Encryption

Operating internationally requires adhering to the highest standards of data integrity and security:

  • AES-256 Encryption: We utilise Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with 256-bit keys to protect your data "at rest" within our secure databases.

  • In-Transit Security: All data transmissions are performed over secure, encrypted HTTPS connections using TLS (Transport Layer Security).

  • DDoS & Infrastructure Protection: Our infrastructure is shielded by advanced enterprise-grade firewalls to ensure platform stability and 24/7 data accessibility.

Job Ad Credit Payments

Through our partnership with Stripe, we support a wide range of global and regional payment methods to ensure a seamless experience for our international advertisers:

  • Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Regional Methods: Depending on your billing location, we support local options including SEPA, iDEAL, and Bancontact.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our legitimate users and our business, we utilise Stripe Radar. This machine-learning technology analyses billions of data points across the global Stripe network to detect, challenge, and block fraudulent transactions in real-time.

Advertiser Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Ad Credit General Policy

Due to the digital nature of job advertising and the immediate delivery of visibility, all ad credit purchases are non-refundable once the credit has been used or the advertisement is live, subject to any statutory obligation to the contrary.

2. API Connect & Subscriptions

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew.

  • Minimum Term: A minimum term of three (3) months applies to API/XML feed subscriptions unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel after the minimum term by providing written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for unused days.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU)

If you are a consumer (not a business entity) in the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. However, you acknowledge that by posting a job or accessing candidate data, you are requesting immediate performance of the service and waive your right to a refund.

4. Chargebacks

Unwarranted chargebacks (claiming non-receipt of service for delivered advertisements) are treated as fraud. This will result in immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting of your business domain.
