The Position

A privately owned, expanding medical group is seeking a VR GP for a well-established mixed billing clinic located in Melbourne's fast-growing western suburbs. With a strong focus on predictive and proactive care, this is a long-term opportunity for GPs looking to embed themselves in a forward-thinking practice.

Health Service

• Mixed billing model with high patient demand and full nursing/admin support
• Flexible hours: Full-time preferred, part-time and telehealth options available
• Practice uses Best Practice software
• Part of a growing group aiming to establish 60–80 clinics nationally

The Location

Located west of Melbourne’s CBD, the clinic serves a diverse and growing community in one of the city's key development corridors, offering excellent earning potential and long-term patient engagement. It is a DPA location suitable for oversea's GP's on a specialist pathway or doctors on a Moratorium.

Essential Criteria

FRACGP/FACRRM or Specialist Pathway

The Package

• 65–75% of billings or $180/hr for up to 6 months (whichever is greater)
• Opportunity for equity/profit share or Principal GP pathway in future clinics
• Full administrative and clinical support provided
