Southern Cross Care WA is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our Margaret Hubery House team. You will provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to care employees to deliver person-centred, high-quality aged care, while partnering with the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

Your role covers clinical governance, quality outcomes, compliance, care planning, wound and palliative care, mentoring, and developing the care workforce to ensure residents, families
