Eastern Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinician (preferably a Registered Psychiatric Nurse) for a short-term contract within EHOPS. You will deliver assessment, intensive case management and assertive outreach to people experiencing homelessness and severe mental ill health.

Based in Ringwood, you will join a well-established, multidisciplinary team dedicated to recovery, partnership with families and carers, and flexible, person-centred care.
