Calvary Care invites experienced Clinical Care Coordinators to join our Travelling Workforce Program, supporting Residential Aged Care services across Australia.

Placements are fixed-term full-time across regional NSW, VIC, TAS, SA and ACT with lengths from 4 weeks to 12 months. You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care and mentor multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
