$2,000 to $2,500 per day

• Located in Central West NSW 712 km northwest of Sydney, this town is known for its base metal and gold mining has approximately 4,098 residents. This small rural health service has a built capacity of 10 acute/subacute beds.
• GP VMO with Emergency Skills. Covers ED and Ward. Must have completed eMeds training. Experience: Emergency, Trauma, Adult & Paediatric Support, sound clinical judgement and communicate appropriately. On-call requirements: You will be the sole Doctor on call 24/7. You as the Locum Doctor will be called in for all triage categories (1s to 5s) in-person between 0800 hrs and 2000 hrs.Overnight from 2000 hrs until 0800 hrs the locum doctor will be required to review all Category 1, 2 and 3 ED Presentations in-person. Overnight from 2000 hrs until 0800 hrs you will be responsible for Category 4 and 5 ED Presentations, an in-person review will be at your discretion. However you will be required to attend if a clinician or the Registered Nurse calls you requesting your presence.
