Bolton Clarke Group is recruiting a Care Manager to lead clinical governance, staff management, change management and resident care across a NSW aged care home.

You will develop, monitor, and implement nurse care plans, assess and evaluate care, and ensure compliance with aged care standards and Bolton Clarke policies. Leadership and mentoring of RNs and PCWs are key parts of the role.
