Mercy Health is seeking a compassionate and highly motivated specialist with experience in both Geriatric and Palliative medicine to join Mercy Palliative Care. The role will support in-home care for patients across the North and West Metropolitan region of Melbourne, including Werribee, in a 24-hour community-based service.

You'll work within a multi-disciplinary team and focus on holistic symptom management while supporting patients and families through the palliative journey.
