Colac Area Health is seeking a Team Leader Family Services to provide leadership and supervision for the Strengthening Families Program. The role supports delivery of in-home, child-centred services and partnerships with universal, community, specialist and statutory services.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive program development, monitor performance against targets, and ensure compliance with Victorian framework and legislation such as MARAM.
