Austin Health's Emergency Department invites passionate Grade 2 Registered Nurses to join a 12-month Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) program designed to equip you for fast-paced, high-acuity care. You will work with increasingly complex adult and paediatric patients under expert guidance.

The program blends study days with hands-on clinical practice, including ECG interpretation and advanced high-dependency care skills, within a supportive education team and pathways to postgraduate study.
