BlueCare on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Wellness Lead to oversee wellness and engagement programs across homes. You will lead planning, delivery and evaluation, coaching Wellness Partners and volunteers to create meaningful resident experiences with person-centred approaches.

The role requires a Diploma in Leisure and Health, a current QLD Driver Licence, and proven ability to design and deliver wellness programs in aged care, disability or community settings.
