UnitingCare Queensland's FaDS team is seeking a Professional Foster Care Practitioner to deliver trauma-informed assessment, intervention and case coordination for foster families and children with complex needs. The role is based in Chermside with travel across the region and permanent full-time terms.

You will recruit and train Professional Foster Carers, assess placement referrals, and provide ongoing care coordination to promote safety, wellbeing and placement stability.
