BlueCare in Mackay is seeking a Personal Carer to deliver in-home palliative care to clients in the community. You will support end-of-life needs, assisting with daily living activities, mobility and personal care, guided by individual Care Plans.

You will drive to client home visits across Mackay and surrounds, using your smartphone or tablet to update records and coordinate with the BlueCare team. A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is essential, along with a valid driver's licence
