The Royal Women's Hospital is seeking a Perioperative Services Manager to provide senior operational leadership across perioperative services, optimise theatre utilisation, and drive workforce planning and governance.

Reporting to the Director of Women's Health, you will guide Nurse Unit Managers, lead service improvement, and represent Perioperative Services to internal and external stakeholders, while sustaining a collaborative, patient centred culture.
