Recovery Station is seeking a Regional Clinical Leader - Senior Speech Pathologist to lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across aged care and disability services in the Hunter region. The role combines ongoing clinical work with supervisory responsibilities and flexible scheduling to fit family life.

You will manage a local team of grads and clinicians, develop care plans, and drive clinical excellence while delivering client-focused therapy in homes, group homes, clinics and community
