Respect Group Limited is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator to join Mareeba Gardens in Queensland. This role supports safe, high quality, person centred care across the home with a focus on clinical governance, quality improvement, compliance and strong resident outcomes.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Care Manager, supporting audit readiness, clinical documentation, staff guidance and continuous improvement across the service.
