Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking a clinical pharmacist to join the new ICU at John Hunter Hospital in a 0.4 FTE role, working two days per week.

You will provide clinical pharmacy services in a complex, high-acuity environment and participate in MDT rounds as part of the ICU team.

You'll support antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety and mentor and train junior staff while collaborating with the wider ICU multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality patient care.
