Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner with aged care/dementia expertise to join our East Gippsland team. You will provide autonomous and collaborative clinical care, improving access to comprehensive assessment, care and support for older people and those with cognitive changes.

This role offers a pro-rata salary between $149,267 and $152,092 per annum plus super, with salary packaging options and relocation support negotiable.
