St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking a Lead Pharmacist- Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) to lead the QUM program across SVHS and affiliated services. You will provide clinical leadership to support safe medication practices and ensure compliance with medication management standards.

You will oversee the hospital formulary, IPU approvals, and liaise with committees to meet regulatory requirements, while delivering QUM initiatives and contributing to policy development and education.
