Flourish Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee development and growth of services across Northern Sydney, Western Sydney, the Nepean Blue Mountains and Far Western NSW. The role leads high-performing teams, builds partnerships and delivers recovery-oriented services.

You will report to the General Manager, Services, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with standards while promoting Flourish Australia's values.
