Estia Health is seeking a registered nurse to provide clinical care to residents across our aged care homes. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and ensure accurate documentation to AN ACC and Commonwealth Standards.

In this role you will lead and supervise Personal Care Workers, fostering a holistic, resident-centered team approach to care, while maintaining empathy and strong communication with residents, families and staff.
